Location: Fuquay-Varina Presbyterian Church – 308 N Ennis St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526

  • Vendor spaces will either be a table space (up to an 8′ table) in our Fellowship Hall or a 10′ x 10′ booth space in the lawn outside the Fellowship Hall. Vendors will be able to choose their location below
  • Fees:
    • Indoor Vendor: $75
      • [Optional] Rent an 8′ table: $25
    • Outdoor Vendor (10′ x 10′ space): $75
      • Vendor must provide tents with anchors.
    • An item donation valued at $25 or more for the show raffle is also required

Item Descriptions

Will be used for both vendor approvals and for promotion on the show webpage. Please note that only hand-made or hand-designed items will be allowed to be sold at this show. No 3rd party sellers permitted.

Location & Set Up Times

  • Inside vendors – 8′ table for their display inside the Fellowship Hall
  • Outdoor vendors – 10′ x 10′ booth in the lawn outside the Fellowship Hall. Vendor will be responsible for bringing their own tents and anchors.

Preferred Load In Time
We will confirm your load in time in late September. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but will assign based upon date of sign up.

Raffle Donation

  • Donated item must retail at $25 or higher
  • Donated item will need to be dropped off at check-in before setting up your space
  • We recommend your packaging makes it clear which vendor provided the item to maximize promotion

What Happens Next?

  • You click the Submit button below
  • Sit back, have a cup of tea, and wait to hear back from us on approval
  • If approved, you will receive a payment link in your confirmation email directing you to make your $75 vendor fee directly to the Fuquay-Varina Presbyterian Church. Your space will not be reserved until payment is received.
